'Animated drawing and objects' is a collection of ceramic objects and their animated equivalents. These ceramic objects as well as sequences of drawing animations were created simultaneously between 1998 and 2002. The collection contains, among others, the cycle of HEADS and METRONOMES. Within this project, procedure of juxtaposing ceramic with animation was made in the aim of widening and directing the perception of real static object towards specific areas in consciousness of a viewer. At the same time dialogue with digital media has impacted on ceramic sculptures and development their linear structures which reffered to beauty and open-work of internal construction applied to modeling 3D object in the early computer programmes. I built the very first objects using vertical or horizontal sections, just as it has been done in those early computer applications.

Rysunki i obiekty animowane to zbiór rzeźb ceramicznych oraz odnoszących się do nich rysunkowych sekwencji animowanych. Prace te powstawały równolegle w latach 1998 – 2002, zawierają m.in. cykle GŁOWY i METRONOMY . Zastosowany zabieg zestawiania obiektów ceramicznych z ich animowanymi odpowiednikami stanowił próbę odautorskiego ukierunkowania i rozbudowania percepcji realnych rzeźb. Jednocześnie dialog z mediami cyfrowymi wpłynął na genezę obiektów oraz ich liniowych struktur, które początkowo odnosiły się bezpośrednio do rysunkowych przekrojów wertykalnych i horyzontalnych stosowanych przy konstruowaniu cyfrowego modelu bryły w aplikacjach komputerowych będących na wczesnym etapie swojego rozwoju.
