Inversion 28092008 is a registration of an event, during which a sculpture from the Inversions series is brought into another level of transformation. Thanks to video and photography, a spectacular destruction unveils new forms and ephemeral features of the material in a split second. The process of destruction undergoes reversal in the photographic frame becoming an act of creation whereas looking at it from the video perspective it appears as an act of catharsis that brings a still object into life.
